Using Quip Riot
These terms cover your use of the Quip Riot website and party games. Use the service lawfully and follow these ground rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact us through the Contact page.
Accounts & rooms
Hosts are responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure and for activity they authorize through their accounts. Players can join without accounts. Share room links with people you intend to invite and keep host access details private. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Keep the game welcoming
Do not use Quip Riot to harass, threaten or exploit others, share unlawful content, impersonate someone deceptively, or expose another person’s private information. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or attempt to access accounts or rooms without permission. Choose prompts and submissions that suit your group, and respect anyone’s decision to stop playing.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of the content you create. Only submit drawings, answers, names and decks that you have the right to use. You give Quip Riot permission to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service and show it to the relevant game participants. Other players may see or capture content revealed during a game, so do not submit sensitive information.
Game results & availability
Scores, bids and investments are part of the game and have no cash value. Features may change, and connections or services may be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of game history. Export saved decks you want to keep. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.
Privacy & leaving the service
The Privacy policy explains the information we store and how it is used. You can stop using Quip Riot at any time. For account deletion or data requests, contact us from your account email.
Changes & your rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
